When we drum in a circle we co-create positive energy that grounds and unites us, as well as promote change. While drumming is fun and creates a positive environment for everyone to enjoy, there’s more than what meets the eye. Drumming has many healing benefits.
There have been numerous studies and reports that shows drumming has had a positive impact on helping people cope and heal with the following issues:
